COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our client is a well-established and growing HVAC contractor based in Fort Myers, FL. With $15-20 million in annual revenue, the company serves commercial and residential customers across Southwest Florida through three core business lines: new construction installations, equipment changeouts/replacements, and ongoing service and maintenance. The Company has built its reputation on reliable craftsmanship, responsive service, and a team-first culture. As the company scales, it is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead day-to-day operations and drive continued growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee day-to-day operations across new construction, changeouts, and service/maintenance divisions. Own the full P&L; manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting to ownership. Drive revenue growth across all three business lines — new construction, changeouts, and service. Lead, recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team of technicians, installers, and office staff. Champion a customer-first mindset at every level of the organization. Leverage field service management software (e.g., ServiceTitan, Successware, or similar) to manage operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of leadership experience in HVAC. Demonstrated P&L ownership and financial management experience. Proven track record of growing revenue and improving margins in a field services environment. Strong operational mindset with experience managing field technicians and office staff. Proficiency with field service management software and standard business tools (Excel, QuickBooks, etc.). Familiarity with the Southwest Florida market and local builder/developer relationships. EPA 608 certification or other relevant HVAC credentials a plus. Experience scaling a trades business from $5M to $25M+ in revenue.
