On-Site The VP, Global FP&A will provide strategic leadership for the global accounting, financial reporting, and controllership functions. This executive will oversee the preparation and consolidation of financial statements, ensure compliance with US GAAP, lead external audits, strengthen internal controls, support strategic financial transactions, and build scalable financial infrastructure to support a growing, private equity-backed organization. This role serves as a key partner to the CFO and executive leadership team, driving financial transparency, operational excellence, and readiness for public company reporting standards. Required Experience Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA required 10+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting leadership experience Proven experience leading global accounting and reporting functions in complex, multi-entity organizations Strong technical accounting expertise with deep knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, consolidations, and internal controls Experience managing external audits and serving as the primary liaison with auditors Demonstrated success building, developing, and transforming accounting teams and processes Experience with debt financing transactions, M&A integration, purchase accounting, and other complex financial transactions Strong leadership experience managing accounting operations, cash management, and financial close processes Ability to develop and implement SOX-ready internal control frameworks and corporate governance processes Experience working across multiple ERP and financial consolidation systems Preferred Experience Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration SEC reporting and public company experience Experience supporting IPO readiness or public company reporting requirements Experience supporting private equity-backed organizations and navigating high-growth environments Medical device, med-tech, life sciences, or healthcare manufacturing industry experience Public accounting background with Big Four or national accounting firm experience Experience with change-of-control transactions and complex ownership structures Experience leading global ERP implementations and financial systems integration Exposure to lender reporting, audit committee presentations, and board-level reporting
