Job Description

Job Summary Searching for just the right person to fill an Executive Director role for a small senior property management non-profit. The perfect candidate will have a combination of business management and operational management skills mixed with a compassionate demeanor that will allow the long-standing mission of this local non-profit to continue. Experience with HUD and tax credit properties would be helpful. Flexibility and leadership abilities are mandatory. . The Executive Director works closely with the Board of Directors to implement policies, manage resources, and foster a culture of excellence within the organization. Duties Develop and execute strategic plans that align with the organization's goals and objectives. Lead the operational decision-making, ensuring efficient management of resources. Oversee project management initiatives to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Negotiate contracts and partnerships that enhance the organization's capabilities and reach. Foster relationships with stakeholders, including community leaders, government agencies, and other organizations. Provide guidance and support to staff, promoting a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Monitor industry trends and developments to inform strategic planning efforts. Experience Proven experience in senior leadership roles with a focus on operations management. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. A commitment to the mission of the organization and a passion for making a positive impact.
