This includes the hiring/staffing, training, development, and supervision of the staff to maximize the store's profitability by building and maintaining a strong loyal customer base while adhering to company policies.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

Fluency in English. Prior Customer Service and supervisory experience preferred. Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications. Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments. Age 18+ Driver's License (required) and reliable transportation Work authorization (required)

• 2-3 years of related experience in retail management with demonstrated achievements and progressive responsibilities.
• Demonstrated level of proficiency and knowledge of human resource management, merchandising, and effective communication, planning, and leadership skills.
• Team oriented work style
• The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and project positive leadership with the ability to Coach, Train & Retain Team Members.

3 years (Preferred) Familiarity with inventory management software Basic computer knowledge including email and Microsoft Office programs Physical requirements: Able to work indoor/outdoor conditions. Able to lift 25 to 100 lbs along with other physical demands of the position, such as bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing, and balancing.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist with all store functions and day-to-day store activities as directed by the Store Manager Able to perform all opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager Assist the Store Manager in protecting and securing all company assets, including store cash Adhere to all policies and procedures including safety guidelines Maintain a professional and friendly environment with customers, subordinates, and supervisors Maintain all areas of the store, including sales floor, bathrooms, to company standards. Maintain sales floor area merchandise is clean and free of dust Process Sales Orders, conduct price quotes, process returns. When the Store Manager is not on the premises, direct supervisory responsibility for all hourly Associates. Plan and prepare work schedules and coordinate daily assignments and activities of associates to meet the needs of the business. Delegate tasks and follow-up as necessary. Assist the Store Manager on the receipt and return of merchandise Assist Store Manager in the management of freight flow Assist the Store Manager in ordering and stocking all merchandise Assist the Store Manager in maintaining warehouse, storage units' organization Assist the Store Manager in ensuring that the sales floor is sales effective daily Assist the Store Manager in planning and implementing monthly Sales. Assist the Store Manager with marketing merchandise on Social Media platforms:
