Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Executive Director to lead our organization with passion, strategic insight, and a commitment to excellence. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of organizational operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to individuals with developmental disabilities and underserved communities. Your leadership will inspire teams, foster strong community relationships, and drive innovative program development to fulfill our mission of empowering lives and promoting independence. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader eager to make a meaningful impact through social services administration. Responsibilities Provide visionary leadership to staff and programs, setting strategic goals aligned with organizational mission and community needs Oversee program development, ensuring services meet compliance standards and effectively address client needs Manage organizational budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation to support sustainable growth Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, community partners, funders, and stakeholders Supervise social service program staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and ongoing professional development Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and organizational policies related to social services and behavioral health programs Lead efforts in program evaluation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and impact Skills Extensive experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and from underserved communities Proven leadership in social services administration with strong management and team management skills Demonstrated ability in relationship management across diverse stakeholders including clients, families, community organizations, and funders Strong administrative experience with proficiency in budgeting, compliance, and program management Excellent written communication skills for report writing, grant proposals, and client correspondence Technical project & program management supervisory experience with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively serve diverse populations Knowledge of behavioral health practices and social work principles is essential for guiding program strategies Join us as an Executive Director and lead a dedicated team committed to transforming lives through compassionate service.
