Qualified Candidates:

Have management and/or sales experience, preferably in a personal service environment such as a spa, salon, or gym. Massage industry experience is a PLUS but not required Are natural leaders who can build relationships while motivating, coaching, and supporting a team Can have tough conversations in a professional and constructive manner Can create a strong workplace culture where all employees feel valued and recognized, issues are resolved quickly and fairly, and everyone feels connected to the mission

Day-to-Day:

This position reports directly to and works closely with the Clinic Manager, providing daily operational support and leadership to ensure the clinic runs efficiently and meets performance goals. Support the Clinic Manager in overseeing day-to-day clinic operations. Assist in managing key operational areas, including membership growth, retail promotion, team leadership, deposit management, inventory oversight, and compliance with all applicable policies and regulations. Contribute to the clinic's continued growth by helping set goals, prioritize tasks, and review business performance metrics. Address and resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining a safe, welcoming, and therapeutic environment. Support team development by reinforcing expectations, assisting with training initiatives, and participating in performance feedback. Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, members, and guests to promote a strong and supportive clinic culture.

Job Type & Schedule:

Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available Must retain open availability on both Saturdays and Sundays. Must have flexibility to work various hours, including Mornings, Afternoons, and Evenings.
