Job Description

Bonus based on performance Competitive salary Free uniforms Training & development Position Overview Stretch Zone is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Studio Manager to lead the daily operations Monday -Friday , team culture, and overall financial performance of our studio. You will serve as the top on-site operational leader, driving membership sales , managing staff, and delivering an exceptional wellness experience using our patented practitioner-assisted stretching methodology.
Key Responsibilities Operations & Leadership:
Oversee day-to-day studio functions, open/close procedures, staff scheduling, and performance metrics. Studio Managers report directly to Regional manger.
Sales & Revenue:
Drive membership sales, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and meet monthly revenue and conversion goals.
Team Management:
Hire, train, mentor, and hold accountable front-desk staff and certified stretch practitioners.
Client Experience:
Ensure a high-energy, welcoming, and customer-focused environment while introducing prospective clients to our proprietary stretching programs.
Qualifications & Prerequisites Training Certification:
Successfully complete Stretch Zone's paid training and certification program on our proprietary stretching methods, operations, and sales standards.
Qualifications & Prerequisites Experience:
Proven background in health, wellness, fitness, business management, and proficient in retail/membership sales. Sales experience is a must.
Leadership:
Strong communication, organizational, and team-motivating skills.
Preferred Background:
Personal training certification 2 years minimum hands on experience with clients. (ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA, NCSF, ISSA) or a degree in kinesiology, exercise science or exercise physiology,
