Jacobs is seeking a Business Systems & Controls Manager to join our team at The Villages. In this role, you will lead the systems, processes, reporting, and controls that support efficient program operations and strong business performance. Working closely with program leadership and the Business Manager, you will help improve visibility into operational and financial results, establish consistent business practices, and provide data-driven insights that support informed decision-making. You will play a key role in driving process improvements, strengthening governance and accountability, and ensuring leadership has the information needed to deliver compliant financial performance. What You'll Do Lead program reporting, KPI tracking, and performance reviews provide accurate and actionable business insights. Develop and maintain business processes, standard operating procedures, and administrative controls that support operational excellence. Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Support financial performance through cost analysis, reporting, compliance monitoring, and process oversight. Oversee administrative operations and provide leadership to administrative support staff to ensure consistent, high-quality service. Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, reduce process variation, and strengthen business performance. Collaborate with program leaders and support teams to improve reporting, processes, and decision-making. Provide data, performance metrics, and business insights for leadership reviews, client presentations, and strategic initiatives. Support the development of business systems, controls, and best practices that promote accountability and long-term program success. Experience in business operations, financial analysis, project controls, program management, or process improvement. Ability to analyze operational and financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations. Experience developing and improving business processes, reporting tools, controls, and standard operating procedures. Experience leading or coordinating administrative teams and supporting multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business reporting systems; experience with enterprise financial and workflow tools is a plus. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, exercise sound judgment, and build collaborative relationships across teams.
