Manager Trainee

• Learn and understand various aspects of retail management through hands-on training
• Assist in supervising daily operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Participate in sales management, opening and closing duties, payroll, tips and other management duties
• Support budgeting processes and financial analysis
• Develop skills in phone etiquette for effective communication with customers and team members Qualifications
• Strong interest in retail management and sales
• Basic math skills for budgeting and financial analysis
• Ability to supervise and work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills
