Our team serves residential, commercial, and industrial customers, providing them with clean, high-quality water. We're now looking for a General Manager to take the lead in our Spencer market! In addition to the Spencer location, this position will oversee our Orange City, Emmetsburg, and Storm Lake locations as well. What You'll Be Doing:

As the General Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth and maximizing success in the Spencer area. You will inspire your team, ensure smooth operations, and build the market's presence through strong leadership, clear communication, and strategic direction.

What We're Looking For:

Leadership Experience :

At least 5+ years in management, with a focus on operations or marketing.

Industry Knowledge :

Experience in the Water Treatment Industry is a huge plus.

Proven success in growing revenue and expanding market share.

Certifications :
