CHART Navigator

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time CHART Navigator to join our team. As a Community Housing Access & Resource Team (CHART) Navigator, you'll engage with unhoused individuals in our community, empowering them to thrive! You'll collaborate with local agencies to support individuals transitioning to self-sufficiency. Your role will involve equipping them with resources for personal improvement and facilitating safe housing placements. This position offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to create a work schedule that fits your availability while meeting the needs of the program. Applicants must have availability during regular business hours and may not maintain full-time employment that conflicts with daytime business-hour availability.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred; associate degree in a related field will be considered. Two years of related experience preferred. Knowledge and use of appropriate oral and written communication skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality in accordance with the Code of Iowa within the performance of duties and maintenance of files and records.
