Assistant General Manager - Hospitality

Assistant General Manager We are seeking a reliable and professional Assistant General Manager to support daily lodge operations and provide leadership coverage during the General Manager's scheduled time off. This role requires strong guest service skills, leadership experience, and the ability to independently handle operational challenges in a hospitality environment.

Schedule:

Every weekend: Friday at 5:00 p.m. through Sunday at 5:00 p.m. Must also be available to cover sick days and pre-scheduled vacation periods.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary manager during GM off-duty periods Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, modifications, and cancellations Respond to guest concerns, maintenance issues, emergencies, and operational needs professionally and efficiently Lead and supervise housekeeping, laundry, and groundskeeping staff Maintain cleanliness, safety, and overall property standards across the 11-room property Complete daily shift logs and communicate important updates

Qualifications:

Previous leadership or supervisory experience required Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Comfortable learning reservation systems and hospitality software Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with sound judgment

Compensation:
