Annually Evergreen Senior Living of Chillicothe is looking for candidate with experience as a proven leader to join our team as the Director. Looking for a caring and motivated person to fill this position! A rewarding opportunity awaits an experienced professional who has proven leadership abilities and financial responsibility. We offer the candidate a wonderful team of caregivers to work with and a great management staff. We are looking for someone who can provide operational oversight and maintain our current high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Two years of management experience in healthcare related field Clinical background is a plus, but not required Knowledge of Supportive Living regulations a plus Possess strong interpersonal skills to lead employees Highly motivated, energetic, and dependable Excellent communication and customer service skills Be able to work with others in a team environment effectively, efficiently, and professionally Must enjoy the many challenges of today's health care field
