Bowler Performance Transmissions is looking for a driven General Manager to lead our team and help take a respected name in the performance transmission industry to the next level. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations including production, quality control, and supply chain Develop and execute strategic plans that drive growth and profitability Lead and motivate a diverse team to hit company goals and maintain a positive culture Collaborate with engineering and R&D on product innovation and continuous improvement Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, dealers, and key customers Track industry trends and competition to identify new opportunities Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in the manufacturing facility Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred) Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leader in the automotive or manufacturing industry Solid understanding of business and manufacturing processes Strong financial management background with a track record of profitable results Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to make data-driven decisions and solve problems quickly Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
