Free Membership Competitive salary Employee discounts Duties and Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development Support the GM in leading, mentoring, and inspiring Experience Leads and Team Players to deliver top-tier service and performance. Help identify strengths and development opportunities to cultivate future leaders and align career growth with company objectives. Assist with recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and training in collaboration with HR and Operations. Ensure team members complete required certifications, training, and compliance items in alignment with company standards. Reinforce a positive, inclusive, and motivating culture grounded in Absolute Recomp's Core Values. Operations & Performance Management Assist in executing and overseeing daily club operations to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence. Use reports and KPIs to monitor performance, provide feedback, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Conduct regular walkthroughs and audits to uphold brand standards and ensure member satisfaction. Support scheduling, staffing, and shift coverage to maintain efficient operations across all hours of operation. Ensure all Team Players follow company policies, procedures, and service standards. Member Experience & Community Engagement Foster a welcoming, high-energy environment that promotes member satisfaction and retention. Address member questions and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating as needed. Support community engagement efforts by assisting with outreach activities, local events, and brand representation initiatives. Facilities & Maintenance Assist with coordinating maintenance, repairs, and equipment needs with Operations, Field Ops, and vendors. Support management of inventory, supplies, work orders, and club resources to ensure a fully functional facility. Help oversee equipment installations, setups, or club updates as needed. Financial Accountability Support the GM with budget awareness and operational cost control to help maintain club profitability. Assist with cash handling, authorizing refunds, and performing or reviewing bank deposits when delegated. Promote retail performance by coaching Team Players on merchandising standards, product knowledge, and sales execution. Additional Responsibilities Serve as the acting manager when the General Manager is unavailable. Help develop Experience Leads and Team Players for future leadership opportunities through feedback, training, and delegation. Maintain availability during off hours as needed for operational questions or emergencies. Uphold all company policies and escalate issues promptly when appropriate.

Six (6) months of leadership or Shift Lead experience preferred; prior employment with Absolute Recomp strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, develop, and support a team. Effective communication skills with internal and external customers. Team-oriented, motivated, and well-organized. Ability to think critically, multitask, and proactively solve problems. Ability to handle sensitive and highly confidential information professionally. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, ABC, Fitness EMS, and related applications preferred.
