Job Description

General Manager — Collision Repair About the Role Run the shop. Own the numbers. Lead the team. We are seeking a hands on General Manager to take full accountability for a collision repair operation, from the moment a vehicle arrives on the lot to the moment it's delivered back to the customer. You will set the pace for production, hold the line on quality, develop your people, and deliver the financial results the location is capable of. This is not a desk job. You'll move between the front office and the shop floor every day, solving problems in real time and making sure the entire operation runs the way it should. What You'll Own Performance and Financials Hit or exceed monthly revenue targets and operational KPIs Drive throughput, cycle time, and gross margin Identify bottlenecks and remove them before they impact delivery Production and Workflow Direct daily production by assigning repairs and sequencing vehicles through teardown, body, and paint Coordinate constantly with technicians, estimators, and parts staff to keep work moving Ensure every repair meets I-CAR standards and internal quality benchmarks Customer Experience and Estimating Step in during peak periods, greet customers, check vehicles in, and write estimates when needed Build and finalize DRP supplements after full disassembly and damage discovery Lock and bill estimates accurately with clean documentation Team Leadership Recruit, interview, and hire for open positions Coach daily and deliver feedback that drives measurable improvement Build a culture where people want to show up and do their best work Operations, Payroll, and Compliance Manage timekeeping, flag hours, and payroll accuracy Oversee PTO, vacation, and staffing coverage Hold the team accountable to shop safety protocols and proper PPE use What You Bring Working knowledge of the collision repair industry Strong grasp of DRP relationships and insurance carrier processes Sharp decision making and the ability to solve problems on the fly Proven track record of leading teams and hitting the numbers Direct experience with CCC ONE Total Repair Software Comfortable with shop technology and standard business software Valid driver's license What We Offer Competitive compensation Weekly pay 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, and vision insurance Optional supplemental benefits Equal Opportunity Employer Our client is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to workplace diversity. $116,000.00 - $136,000.00 per year
