Job Summary:

Customers are our number one priority. We keep the focus on them and win their praise. Our managers work actively with the crew and the GM on the floor making sandwiches, serving customers, baking bread and preparing ingredients, routing delivery drivers, and directing the team on service and cleaning tasks. You will also execute paperwork and computer work, and participate with the GM in planning and decision making. You must be willing to get involved with your crew to lead them, guide them, and train them. Past experience is always helpful, but the right attitude and energy is what we're looking for! We will train you for the job. We will invest in you so that you can succeed.
