From $75,000.00 per year Job Description Integrity Facility Solutions is seeking a strong, hands-on General Manager to take ownership of the company's day-to-day operations while helping drive continued growth. Reporting directly to our Director of Operations, this role is responsible for turning company goals and operational priorities into consistent day-to-day execution while providing leadership, accountability, and support across the operational team. Our ideal General Manager understands that effective leadership is about more than managing tasks. It means developing people, maintaining accountability, solving problems, improving processes, protecting customer relationships, and creating an environment where employees can succeed.

We're looking for someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on involvement and who brings a positive, "let's get it done" attitude to their work. The General Manager will be expected to take ownership of day-to-day operational decisions, identify issues, develop solutions, and ensure priorities are followed through to completion, escalating significant strategic, financial, or organizational matters to the Director of Operations when appropriate. The right person will be comfortable working with a wide range of personalities, moving between priorities quickly, and taking initiative without requiring constant direction.

Responsibilities Leading and developing employees and operational leaders Be actively involved in day-to-day operations, problem-solving, follow-up, and accountability, stepping in when needed to ensure priorities are executed effectively. Establishing accountability and following up on expectations Monitoring operational performance and KPIs Identifying and solving operational problems Improving processes, systems, and efficiency Supporting customer satisfaction and retention Managing labor, supplies, inventory, and other operational costs Using operational and financial information to identify opportunities for improvement Developing future leaders and strengthening the management team Supporting company growth and implementing company priorities Skills & Qualifications Strong knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management. Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate employees. Familiarity with business, financial, and operational principles. Strong understanding of performance metrics, KPIs, and operational efficiency. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Outstanding organizational and time-management skills. Excellent follow-through, initiative, and ability to work independently. Superior verbal and written communication skills. Professional appearance and the ability to maintain a positive image at all times. Consistent and professional demeanor, with the ability to separate personal and business matters. Flexibility and the ability to move between projects and priorities quickly. Strong desire to deliver a great experience for both employees and customers. A positive, customer-focused attitude combined with a "can-do" spirit and knowledgeable experience. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus and highly valued. Position Requirements 5+ years of progressively responsible leadership or operations management experience. Demonstrated ability to develop employees, establish accountability, and maintain high performance standards. Ability to analyze operational and financial information and use it to make sound business decisions. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and follow through with minimal direction. Ability to adapt quickly and effectively when priorities change. Strong commitment to providing an exceptional experience for both employees and customers. A leadership style that combines confidence, professionalism, empathy, accountability, and a willingness to get involved when needed. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management or a related field. Experience in facility management, commercial services, janitorial operations, or a related industry. Experience managing budgets, operational KPIs, and profitability. Experience developing supervisors or other leaders. Experience implementing or improving operational systems and processes. Technology Skills Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to review reports and operational data. Comfortable learning and utilizing technology and software systems used to support business operations. Experience with workforce management, scheduling, task management, or other operational software is a plus.
