Assistant Manager

Good Oil is looking for an Assistant Store Manager for our Frankfort, IN gas station/convenience store location.

Responsibilities of a manager include:

Coach and train team to provide superior customer service while meeting Good Oil Company's operational goals. Assist in scheduling, coaching and retaining employees. Manage the cleanliness of the facility and perform paperwork/accounting functions.

Requirements:

2+ years' experience in retail management with a successful record of performance. Experience with coaching employees. Ability to perform store-level accounting functions.
