Multi‑Franchise Campus Manager - Automotive Dealership covering Northwest Indiana/South Suburbs Chicago Full-Time, Flexible hours, local travel required. This position offers a very attractive salary/bonus earning potential Role Overview A Multi‑Franchise Campus Manager oversees the operations of multiple dealership locations within a single corporate or franchise group. This role is a hybrid of dealership management and corporate operations leadership, ensuring that all campuses meet brand standards, achieve sales and financial targets, and deliver excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Leadership & Operations Develop and implement multi‑location strategies aligned with corporate goals, market trends, and brand positioning Oversee day‑to‑day operations across multiple dealerships, ensuring compliance with franchise agreements, brand standards, and corporate policies Monitor and improve performance across campuses, including sales, service, marketing, and administrative functions 2. Sales & Financial Performance Work with each dealership's General Sales Manager to set and track sales, profit, and cost‑reduction targets Conduct performance reviews, budgeting, forecasting, and cost‑control initiatives across campuses Identify opportunities for cross‑campus sales initiatives, shared marketing campaigns, and resource optimization. 3. Corporate & Franchise Compliance Ensure all campuses meet NADA, OEM, and franchise compliance requirements Coordinate with corporate teams to align operations with corporate strategy.
