As a growing company, we are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to join our team and contribute to growth and success for our branch.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including scheduling, dispatching, sales, and resource allocation. Implement and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity. Monitor and manage service quality to ensure adherence to company standards and customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors. Lead and mentor a team of field technicians and administrative staff, providing guidance and support as needed. Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to streamline operations and enhance overall business performance. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and effectively. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and the competitive landscape. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in a similar role within the home services industry (required). Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Solid understanding of operational processes and best practices. Proficiency in using software systems for scheduling, inventory management, and reporting. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making capabilities. Knowledge of local regulations and codes related to the home services industry.
