Description Gurley Leep Automotive Family is seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead our Kia dealership. This is an excellent opportunity for an automotive leader who knows how to build high-performing teams, drive dealership profitability, and create an exceptional customer experience. As a General Manager , you will have overall responsibility for dealership operations and performance, working closely with department leaders to achieve sales, service, customer satisfaction, and financial objectives. Requirements What We're Looking For 5+ years of automotive dealership management experience Previous experience as a General Manager, General Sales Manager, or senior dealership leader preferred Proven track record of achieving sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction objectives Strong understanding of dealership financial statements, variable and fixed operations, and key performance metrics Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and retain talented team members Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to make sound business decisions and effectively manage competing priorities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills High level of accountability, professionalism, and integrity Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
