Join the team to find your home in the Laidig family! Laidig Systems, Inc. is actively seeking to fill the position of Vice President of Manufacturing. This role is part of Laidig's leadership team and will report directly to the CEO. We are looking for a visionary, results-driven leader who will provide strategic direction and operational oversight for all manufacturing activities. This individual must be committed to developing high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, collaboration, and safety, ensuring alignment between manufacturing operations and company objectives. This role will work closely with sales, engineering, project management, customer service departments to provide the world's highest quality reclaim systems. This candidate should have an appreciation for the unique demands of an engineer-to-order custom-manufacturing environment and should exemplify integrity and servant leadership along with a commitment to building teams, which are both operationally excellent and relationally healthy.   • What You'll Bring to the
Team:
  • Bachelor's degree in manufacturing related field
  • Minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience
  • Leadership experience with a demonstrated success of improving safety, quality, productivity, scheduling, or efficiencies
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous-improvement initiatives
