Foundation Director

Fort Hays Tech | Northwest is looking for a skilled, strategic, and forward-thinking individual to lead the College Foundation's charitable initiatives and fundraising efforts. The Foundation Director will collaborate closely with the Board of Trustees, College President, community partners, and staff to support and advance the college's mission. While a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, previous experience in nonprofit management is considered a plus. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
