Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented person to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing administrative tasks, ensuring efficient office functionality, and providing support to staff and clients. This role requires strong clerical skills and the ability to maintain a professional front desk presence. Duties Assist in daily business operations, including monitoring/recording fuel activity. Utilize QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting. Organize and maintain filing systems for easy access to documents. Coordinate communication through phone systems, managing incoming calls effectively. Assist General Manager with daily Operations including overseeing/maintaining warehouse inventory. Assist customers with parts/grease/oil, etc. Assist in recording daily deposits. Experience Proven experience in an office management role or similar position. Strong clerical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Familiarity with QuickBooks. Experience with vendor management. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficient in using phone systems.
