- General Shop Manager
- to lead daily operations at our busy body shop.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily shop operations and production
- Manage technicians and shop staff
- Coordinate scheduling, repairs, and job flow
- Communicate with customers, insurance companies, and vendors
- Ensure quality control and timely completion of repairs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Help drive efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction ###
Qualifications:
- Previous body shop management experience preferred
