The Opportunity:

Get Paid to Learn Through our nationally recognized U.S. Department of Labor Retail Store Apprenticeship program , you'll spend 2-3 years learning how to run a profitable retail business. During the apprenticeship, you will: 1. Leadership & Talent Development

• Recruit, coach, and build a high-performing team 2. Financial Acumen
• Learn to understand a P&L, manage expenses, and drive profitability 3. Merchandising & Inventory Strategy
• Support buying and merchandising decisions that impact your store 4. Customer & Community Strategy
• Build a strong, loyal customer base and community presence 5. Business Planning & Long-Term Vision
• Think like an operator and plan for long-term growth By the end of the program, you won't just understand how a store runs — you'll be prepared to lead one.

• Starting pay: $45,000
• 65,000/year , depending on experience and location
• Future compensation growth may be available through performance-based increases, leadership roles, and potential ownership opportunities for qualified individuals.
