$19/hr., commensurate with experience

Including:

OT (after 40 hrs./wk.) and PTO (up to 5 days / yr. after accrued)

Job Description :

Looking for a highly motivated, self-driven operator with detailing experience. This person should have a very critical eye and a very keen attention to detail. Pride in your work is very important in this industry and customer service is a must. We are here for the customers, and our work should reflect it. Needs to be able to work quickly and efficiently and be able to stay on task without constant supervision. Must be able to work independently, with other team members, and airport/valet staff on a daily basis. Detailing experience is preferred and will fast-track candidates through the interview / hiring process.

Responsibilities:

Works with team to execute daily detailing and valet operations determined by leadership. Will assist with updates to processes and provide feedback to Director of Operations for areas of improvements. Also, assist with vehicle check-ins and data collection needed for each appointment. Aid the Director of Operations in training of new-hires and provide feedback for changes in on-boarding process. Responsible for representing Vohnt at airport functions and assigned shifts. Ticket pulling during busy hours and work to promote the newest amenity provided to travelers. Will assist the Airport Manager in communication with the Operations Team, scheduling / booking customers, and kiosk staffing. As a Certified Valet

• this role is required to maintain a clear driving record and communicate any changes to that status for insurance recertification annually. Always represents the Vohnt brand to the best of his/her ability. Training for customer satisfaction, admin. Tasks, and airport needs will be provided

Finally, after a determined training period, this position can fill the role of his/her reporting manager in times of absence, with support from management if needed.

Summary of Role:

Reports to Director of Operations Responsible for valeting customer vehicles for assigned pickups and drop-offs. Part of Detailing Team and Represents Vohnt at Airport 50% on floor 50% valeting (all other times can be scheduled for Airport shifts). Assists with gathering data on daily operations to submit to reporting manager. Helps report inventory data to management, escalates when product hits low and critical low quantity Work with Director of Operations in training of associates, and holds said training to Vohnt's standard of providing an excellent service
