Leadership Full Job Description Responsibilities:
- Assist the store manager in daily operations and management of the store
- Oversee inventory control and ensure accurate stock levels
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
- Assist with payroll administration and scheduling of staff shifts
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement sales strategies
- Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Assist in creating promotional campaigns to drive sales and increase customer engagement
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Qualifications:
- Store LEADERSHIP and communication
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in inventory management and control
- Familiarity with recruiting and training processes
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
