Assistant Manager Job Description:
The Assistant Manager will play a key role in the success of our organization. This position is responsible for providing an exceptional experience to our customers, maintaining positive customer relationships, and to help communicate our company's vision and values to our customers. The applicant for this position must possess a "can-do" attitude, be self-motivated, possess strong problem-solving skills, and be a positive team player. The applicant for this position must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
Candidates must possess a positive "can-do" attitude. Ability to learn and communicate with customers on product knowledge, ordering status, and customer service issues. Must be willing to work as part of a team. Must be reliable, dependable, and provide excellent customer service. Must be available to work Monday through Friday from 8:30AM to 5:30 PM and some Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 2pm. Cash Express, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and planning skills. Basic computer skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends. Possess strong problem-solving skills and be able to work independently or as part of a team.
