Locally owned and operated. We are looking for someone to join our work family to complement our expanding operations. Over the past few years, we have dedicated ourselves to growing our business and have been quite successful at serving our communities. The company will continue to grow at all cost and hopes to find a Manager that wants to grow with us. Working for a small business like ourselves, the ideal employee will have to fill many roles and do nearly any job (task) that may arise. This position is for the General Manager. General manager will have the most responsibilities of anyone at the location. Must Have a Management background in the Service/Retail Business. Will be responsible for sales quotas/goals, will need to work directly with the owner(s) on building the business clientele of the market, market our product to the new territory, manage a staff of employees efficiently, run data reports, keep track of inventory and maintenance, and an ever growing list of management responsibilities.
