We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team and help us elevate the bingo experience for our players. General Summary The Assistant Manager will support the Manager in overseeing all operational aspects of the bingo hall, including staff management, customer service, game operations, and compliance with gaming regulations. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a keen attention to detail to ensure a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests. Assist the Bingo Manager in daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of bingo games and related activities. Staff Management Supervise and train bingo hall staff, including calling bingo games, managing cash handling, and promoting a positive team culture. Customer Service Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues to enhance their overall bingo experience. Game Management Monitor gameplay to ensure adherence to rules and regulations; facilitate the setup and breakdown of bingo games and equipment. Promotions and Events Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute bingo promotions, themed events, and special games to attract and retain players. Compliance Ensure that all operations comply with gaming regulations and company policies; conduct regular audits of processes and procedures. Reporting Assist in maintaining accurate records of attendance, sales, and inventory; prepare reports for management as needed. Training and Development Participate in the ongoing training and development of staff members, ensuring all employees are versed in customer service standards and game procedures. Job Specifications High school diploma or equivalent Business Administration, or related field preferred. Previous experience in the gaming or hospitality industry, with a focus on bingo operations or customer service. Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with a proven ability to manage a team effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a customer-centric mindset. Knowledge of gaming regulations and safety protocols is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
