As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of our outlet. You will assist in managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing sales. Responsibilities

• overseeing the daily operations of the store
• Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
• Manage and train employees, including conducting employee orientation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment
• operate the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Collaborate with the S Manager to develop strategies to increase sales
