WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We aren't simply looking for someone who has held the title of Finance Manager. We're looking for a producer. Our ideal candidate has a demonstrated history of: Producing strong and consistent F&I PVR Maintaining competitive VSC and product penetration Effectively presenting a complete F&I menu Structuring both prime and non-prime transactions Understanding lender programs and maximizing approvals Building productive lender relationships Identifying and resolving funding issues quickly Maintaining organized CIT and contract-in-transit processes Delivering clean, accurate paperwork Maintaining excellent compliance standards Protecting the customer experience and dealership CSI Working effectively with sales managers and sales consultants Performing under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
WHAT WE EXPECT
Our Finance Managers are expected to balance profitability, compliance, efficiency and customer experience. You should be comfortable being measured by results. We pay attention to performance indicators including: PVR | Product Penetration | VSC Penetration | Reserve | Funding Speed | CIT | Compliance | CSI We believe elite F&I performance isn't about sacrificing one metric for another. The best Finance Managers can produce, fund their deals, stay compliant and take care of the customer.
QUALIFICATIONS
Automotive F&I experience is strongly preferred.

Proven automotive dealership F&I experience Demonstrated success in a high-volume environment Strong knowledge of indirect automotive lending Experience working with multiple lenders and lender programs Strong menu presentation and closing skills Excellent organizational and deal-management skills Working knowledge of automotive F&I compliance requirements Strong communication and leadership abilities Professional appearance and demeanor Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to successfully complete required background and employment screening Prior Chevrolet/GM experience is valuable but not required. Proven performance matters more to us than the logo on your previous dealership.
