We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Regulatory Reporting to join our Fund Reporting team. This role is located in Boston MA In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Manage a Regulatory Reporting team responsible for preparing and reviewing regulatory filings on behalf of clients and their funds. Manage the performance of assigned staff and set team priorities Plan, organize and monitor the production of regulatory filings for clients funds on behalf of BNY Review and sign-off on regulatory draft filings, support files and other associated calculations and information Ensure effective and cooperative communication with external and internal parties relevant to team deliverables Participate and contribute to ongoing development of Regulatory Reporting structures, processes and controls. Represent the Regulatory Reporting department on ad-hoc projects and specific tasks as required Line of business contact for multiple client relationships, supporting clients with daily inquiries and access needs. Attend meetings as needed to review upcoming events or regulation changes. Partner with internal teams to respond to clients as appropriate. Where appropriate or required provide coverage for the Senior Vice President for team deliverables and support other Reg Reporting teams Lead/support initiatives to transform existing processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required 5-7 years of experience in fund administration or accounting, 1-2 years of management experience preferred Experience in handling Form N-PORT, required Strong leadership and team management skills. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $68,000 and $150,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs. This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
