VP, Clinical Development Remuneration:
$375,000 - $425,000 base salary + benefits (LTI, 401k, Stock etc)
Location:
Boston, MA (Hybrid, Travel to Boston once per month required) Reporting line: CEO We're partnering exclusively with an innovative biotech company that are looking to appoint a Clinical Development leader. Reporting into the CEO, this role will shape late-phase oncology programs and play a key role in advancing a late stage clinical pipeline. You'll work closely with internal teams and external experts to design and deliver clinical strategy, interpret emerging data, and support regulatory interactions.
Key responsibilities:
Lead clinical input into late-phase (Phase II - Phase III) studies and protocol development Contribute to clinical development plans and overall program strategy Interpret safety/efficacy data and support decision-making Author and review key clinical and regulatory documents Collaborate cross-functionally (clinical ops, translational, biometrics) Engage with external partners, investigators, and CROs Support scientific communications (abstracts, presentations, publications) Help drive innovative trial design and execution About you: MD or MD/PhD 8+ years in clinical development, with strong oncology experience Experience with late stage clinical development programs, moving products from PII to PIII Ideally, experience with antibody drug conjugates (ADC's) Proven experience in early-phase trials within biotech/pharma Strong scientific communication and stakeholder leadership skills Familiarity with regulatory submissions and processes If you're interested in learning more, please reach out to Jamie Salmon.
