My private equity backed consumer manufacturing client in Burlington, MA is seeking a Corporate Financial Controller to serve as the #1 person in accounting and oversee all aspects of accounting operations. Reporting into the CFO, this role would be hybrid in-office (Monday through Thursday). •US Citizens and Green Card holders are only eligible to apply, per client restrictions.Qualified applicants must have:
CPA designation (active or inactive) 10+ years of experience, including some product manufacturing or CPG experience Progressive leadership experience at high-growth companies Executive presence and strong communication skills Compensation is up to $250K + 20% bonus + equity and benefitsBenefits
