Role Responsibilities:
Partners with Sales Consultants and works with customers to manage the financial requirements in the vehicle sales process, including completing and reviewing paperwork and assisting with funding needs. Assesses and analyzes the customer's needs with respect to ownership, coverage, and history of the traded vehicle. Presents finance and insurance product menu to every customer while illustrating the product benefits and features. Captures all customer information, confirms title information, and insurance information Confirms all sales figures to date, as well as credit information and funds paid upfront. Answers questions from customers and overcomes objections Collects a signed final menu document that outlines the financial terms in the final purchase contract, retail installment contract (or lease contract), and lists the products the customer declined. Submits credit and obtains approval from a lending institution Confirms all bank stipulations are met and confirms with a customer prior to vehicle delivery. Verifies that all required documents are signed correctly and that all monies due to the dealer are collected prior to delivery Records receipt funds in compliance with The Albrecht Auto Group policies, including proper Cash Reporting guidelines. Ensures that products sold are priced within The Albrecht Auto Group pricing guidelines. Forwards documents to appropriate deal and registration clerks, while coordinating product installations Trains and assists the sales department on proper customer transition (Turn-Over) to the finance department, promoting a proper transfer of trust. Able to achieve production and volume goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity. Maintains expert knowledge of all products offered, updates, features, and accessories. Ensures finance process is delivered in such a format to attain customer satisfaction scores at, or above, the regional average. Maintains full disclosure in compliance with all federal and state guidelines. Properly handles all product cancellation requests and attempts to resell product advantages and benefits Contributes to the overall success of the dealership by working with all customers, teams, and departments collaboratively and professionally with a positive, "roll-up your sleeves" attitude.Qualifications:
Must have prior experience in the automotive retail industry Senior Salespeople who back up the Finance office will be considered. Displays superior customer relationship skills and maintains a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. Possesses effective verbal and written communication skills Meets deadlines, prioritizes assignments, and multi-tasks under pressure. Demonstrates a high work ethic and exhibits professional and acceptable behaviors at all times Is self-motivated, organized and success-driven Completes assigned tasks promptly Reports any situation or condition that would jeopardize the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, its customers or employees to management Maintains professional appearance and confident, positive and high energy presence Is team-oriented with a desire to achieve both individual and collective goals Understands and complies with federal, state and local regulations Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel and Outlook) and has a working knowledge of sales-related computer programs Must be able to pass background and drug screenings Holds a valid driver's license and has a clean driving record.About Our Company:
