Salary:
$100,000+ About the Opportunity We are seeking a strong, hands-on Executive Director (Onsite Operator) to lead an early childhood school in Baltimore. This is an opportunity for a leader who thrives in building structure, elevating team performance, and driving operational excellence . The school benefits from strong enrollment and a desirable location, and is ready for its next phase under clear, consistent leadership.
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
$100,000+
Bonus:
Performance-based PTO:
~15 days
Paid Holidays:
15+ days annually (including week between Christmas & New Year's)

Access to a growing network of schools and leadership team The Role As Executive Director, you will serve as the on-site leader responsible for daily operations, team development, and school performance. You will lead a team that includes: Director of Education Director of Operations Assistant Director This role is ideal for a leader who can: Bring clarity, structure, and consistency to a growing team Establish and reinforce high standards of performance and professionalism Build a strong, accountable culture across the school Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the administrative leadership team Build a structured, consistent operating environment Support, coach, and retain high-quality teaching staff Ensure excellent parent experience and communication Oversee staffing, scheduling, and daily school operations Partner with ownership and central leadership on broader initiatives Reduce operational strain by building team capacity and accountability Maintain compliance and prepare for future accreditation goals Who You Are You are a decisive, accountable leader who brings order, clarity, and follow-through. You are comfortable : Setting expectations and holding people to them Creating systems and processes of support, accountability and collaboration Leading teams through change and growth Leadership Style We Value Clear, direct, and consistent High standards with strong follow-through Organized and operationally focused Positive, but firm and accountable Ideal Background 3-5+ years of leadership experience in: Early childhood education (preferred), or Education, childcare, or service-based operations Experience leading teams within a structured environment (100+ students or equivalent complexity) Proven ability to develop leaders and build strong teams Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or related field. Work Environment & Expectations Full-time, on-site leadership role Open availability required (including opening/closing shifts as needed) Collaborative leadership structure with engaged ownership and central support
