KPMG is currently seeking a Managing Director to join our Global Reward Services - Health and Welfare practice.
Responsibilities:
Play a key role in developing our Global Reward Services Health and Welfare practice, with a focus on global benefits; contribute to the growth, experience and institutional knowledge of the Health and Welfare global practice staff-level team membersLead, participate in and contribute to market and business development activities external to the firm, including identifying and pursuing new potential client service opportunities; develop a personal brand internally across KPMGs diverse practice areas of Audit, Advisory and Tax to collaborate on clients and prospectsBuild, direct and monitor multiple client engagement teams while maintaining active communication with clients to manage expectations and help ensure client satisfaction; manage international consulting relationships internally and externally, including senior level client discussions; supervise the design and management of global benefit plans and strategies to a complex client baseEnhance and expand global benefits solutions, tools and capabilities; identify, build and deepen client relationships; present technical recommendations to clients and prospective clientsQualifications:
Minimum 12 years of recent experience in employer benefit strategiesBachelors degree from an accredited college/university; Licensed Agent or Broker registered and authorized to advise on Employer Sponsored PlansDemonstrated experience leading multiple engagements and client service teams as well as developing and mentoring staff within a collaborative team environment; demonstrated track record of business development with the ability to develop and maintain existing internal and external client relationships and help build new relationships with key targetsDeep industry knowledge across global benefits, regions, industries, carriers, size along with consulting firm experience; human resources credentials and benefits administration technology are preferredStrong analytical, consultative and project management skills; ability to review quantitative work and development junior staff; excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to articulate complex information KPMG LLP and its affiliates and subsidiaries ("KPMG") complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
