Hospitality and guest satisfaction are at the heart of everything we do. Role Description This is an on-site, full-time position as an Assistant General Manager at our Fruitland, MD location. The Assistant General Manager will oversee daily hotel operations, ensure excellent guest experiences, and support staff management and development. Key responsibilities include maintaining operational efficiency, managing budgets, achieving sales goals, coordinating with department heads, and assisting in compliance with hotel standards and policies. The role also involves identifying opportunities for service improvement and contributing to overall business success. Qualifications Strong leadership, team-building, and staff management skills Operational expertise, including proficiency in budget management and financial planning Exceptional guest service and problem-solving abilities Experience in hospitality management, scheduling, and operations coordination Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and foster a positive work environment Proficiency in using hotel management software and technology Previous experience in the hospitality industry is highly preferred Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or relevant field is advantageous
