Compensation:

Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations Build and develop a high-performing team through hiring, training, and ongoing coaching Maintain high standards for customer satisfaction, quality, and service delivery Collaborate with ownership/executive team on strategic planning and reporting Analyze reports, budgets, and KPIs to inform decisions and maximize profitability
Qualifications:
Well-versed in using dashboards, KPIs, and workflow systems to manage day-to-day operations Has experience managing teams and overseeing business operations Strong business acumen and understanding of financial principles Can juggle multiple priorities without losing focus or momentum
Preferred:
