Job Description
Assist in developing and implementing daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to meet targets for product types, quantities, and delivery dates by reviewing orders, planning workflows, and ensuring the right resources are available at the right time. Directly oversee and guide production teams, including supervisors and line employees, by providing instructions, monitoring performance, training new hires, and conducting performance reviews, while serving as the first point of contact for employee issues and concerns. Ensure that all products meet established quality standards by monitoring production processes, analyzing data to identify bottlenecks, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies to increase efficiency and reduce waste. Resolve operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to prevent production delays and minimize costs by coordinating with other departments, including maintenance, engineering, and quality control, to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth operations.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor -Electronics Engineering, Electronic Information Engineering or a related technical field of study; will accept equivalent foreign degree.Experience:
