The Assistant Manager shall work closely with and be responsive to the Maintenance Supervisor, site staff, as will as other central office managers and staff. Additionally, it is the responsibility of the Assistant Manager to perform all duties in full compliance with Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity regulations as well as with Management's Fair Housing personnel policy. Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Timely, accurate processing of Accounts Payable operations. Timely, accurate processing of Accounts Receivable operations. General office administration. Specific site administration. Tenant/landlord relations.
Marketing/Leasing Work Environment & Expectations :
Office - based position with regular interactions with residents and vendor (contractors) Professional demeanor and dependable attendance required Business casual attire This position reports directly to the Community Manager in planning and directing the community goals and operations. Candidates must have valid driver's license, dependable vehicle, and pass criminal background check. EEO. Previous experience in property management or other related fields Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases Familiarity with Section 8 & LIHTC Ability to build rapport with tenants Excellent written and verbal communication skills
