T&B Play is a colorful all-new kids' indoor playground located in Canton, Michigan open 7 days per week with busy weekends. We are looking for one full-time candidate to add to the T&B Team! As a T&B Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for: Inventory Supervising the facility, employees, and our little customers Delegating tasks to employees during their shift Defusing sensitive situations with customers Answering any questions customers and employees may have Scheduling party reservations Making sure both kids and their parents are playing and using our Play Area equipment safely We are looking for individuals who are able to speak clearly and professionally with others, develop and maintain positive relationships with fellow team members, and come to work with a positive attitude! Candidates with at least 3 year of managerial experience are encouraged to apply.
