The Assistant Manager will work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily park operations, lead and support our team members, and ensure every guest has a safe, fun, and memorable experience. This is a hands-on leadership position that is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is ready to take the next step in their management career. Responsibilities Assist the General Manager with the day-to-day operation of the park Lead, coach, and motivate team members to provide excellent guest service Help with hiring, onboarding, training, and developing employees Ensure all safety procedures and Sky Zone standards are consistently followed Monitor park activities and ensure attractions and guest areas are clean, organized, and properly staffed Handle guest questions, concerns, and complaints in a professional and positive manner Assist with birthday parties, group events, and other special activities Support opening and closing procedures Assist with employee scheduling, breaks, and daily staffing needs Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching when needed Assist with cash handling, POS operations, and other administrative responsibilities Help achieve park goals related to guest satisfaction, memberships, sales, and overall performance Step in and support the team wherever needed to keep daily operations running smoothly Act as a leader on duty and make appropriate decisions when the General Manager is unavailable What We're Looking For Previous supervisory, leadership, hospitality, retail, recreation, or customer-service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and a genuine enjoyment of working with people Ability to lead by example and hold team members accountable Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Reliable, organized, and able to multitask in a busy environment Comfortable working with children, families, and large groups Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to work in a physically active environment and remain on your feet for extended periods Why Join Our Team?
