Position Summary As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll work alongside the Store Manager to lead daily operations, develop team members, and deliver outstanding customer service. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and making a difference in their community. What You'll Do Support daily store operations and team leadership Coach, train, and develop team members Deliver exceptional customer service Process cash and credit transactions Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations Help maintain store standards, safety, and cleanliness Work a consistent, full-time schedule with flexibility to support business needs Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required One year of retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Must be at least 18 years old Reliable transportation and current auto insurance required Why Join Us?
