Assistant Manager Are you a motivated individual with a passion for customer service and a love for fun? Join our team as an Assistant Manager at our trampoline park and help create an exhilarating experience for families and kids!

Responsibilities:

Support Daily Operations :

Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily park operations, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.

Staff Leadership :

Help train and supervise staff, fostering a positive and energetic atmosphere while ensuring all employees provide excellent customer service.

Customer Engagement :

Interact with guests to enhance their experience, address inquiries, and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.

Safety Compliance :

Support and enforce safety policies to staff and customers

Administrative Tasks :

Assist with inventory management, record keeping, and daily reporting to help the General Manager maintain operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a recreational, hospitality, or customer service setting. Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor, especially when interacting with kids and families. Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Weekend Availability Required :

Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Why Join Us?
