The Role:

We are looking for an Assistant Manager who is equal parts organized, personable, responsible, and ready to make sales. You'll help keep the shop running smoothly while creating a welcoming, memorable experience for everyone who walks through the door.

What You'll Do:

Help oversee daily operations of the mall (opening, closing, and everything in between) Work directly with customers•answering questions, helping them discover pieces, and making sales! Support and communicate with our network of dealers and vendors Assist with merchandising and keeping displays fresh, eye-catching, and ever-changing Jump in on social media content, promotions, and special events when needed Handle transactions, light admin tasks, and general store cleaning and organization

What We're Looking For:

Friendly, approachable, and genuinely enjoys talking with people Organized and dependable, with a good eye for detail Comfortable multitasking in a lively retail environment Interest in antiques, vintage, interiors, or design (a big plus, but not required) Retail or management experience is required
