This job is people, all day. You're across the counter from someone, one-on-one, face-to-face, figuring out what they need and helping them get it — every conversation, every transaction. If you like being behind a screen more than in front of a person, this isn't it. If you light up working a room, keep reading. You'll go through real, hands-on training — not a video and a shrug. From there, how far you go is on you: performance and how fast you pick up the business, not how long you've been here. Sales, service, or cash-handling experience from another job? That's a head start, and it shows up in your starting pay. So does speaking Spanish. One thing we care about as much as skill: staying power. We're training you for the long run, so we're looking for a resume that shows you stick — not one that hops every few months. What you'll do Work one-on-one with customers on loans and sales Learn to evaluate jewelry, gold, and merchandise Sell, negotiate, and handle cash accurately Keep the store sharp and hit your numbers What gets you hired You're genuinely good with people, face-to-face Hardworking, coachable, sharp on details A resume with staying power Spanish speakers and relevant experience — paid accordingly Clean background check Real growth. Real training. A team that promotes from within. If that's you — apply.
